Being Thankful:

Gathered at Donna's Air B&B this year for Thanksgiving and been feeling thankful this season and blessed to have had Joey by my side all these  62years....he has had to love me alot to go through all my problems with me.

Marlo Thomas said it well.... What makes a marriage last!

The main thing she said was the three L's." You have to listen and then you'll know what the other person is really thinking and going through. You have to be able to laugh together and then of course most important is to love each other, she said lust to be exact.  😊And without love, you don't have anything."  thought this is so very true....and I would have to add that sometimes you have to just let some things go.

My Fall

 My first fall......

This happened awhile back trying to feed my cats out in the garage and tripping over my own feet if that makes sense. I hit the concrete which made things worse.

Anyway had pain for quite awhile and finally had to go see a doctor.   He gave me a shot in my leg so now I just have to wait and see if it works.  Glad to say my Vertigo  hasn't been much of a problem lately but being able to sleep at night has been a nightmare and an on going problem.

UGH!!

Sarah my sister....

My sister Sarah came to Forida with family cause they wanted to see the beaches and Sarah just wanted to visit us siblings and I was so happy to have her stay with me.  She taught me how to make a good cherry pie and passes along her good recipes to me. Cooking is what Sarah enjoys. She also passes along some puzzles for me to work. I really like that!  She came with her granddaughter , her husband and their daughter.   We visited Bump while she was here and hit a few thrift stores.  She is so sweet and I love her so very much for many reasons but one of the biggest reasons is that she introduced me to Joey.   She had me over to her house when I was just a young nineteen year old for a cookout cause she wanted me to meet this really nice kid.  That nice kid became my future husband. 😊 Thank you Sarah!!  Joey   was for sure the right one for me!! πŸ’• Forever grateful!!

Great Song

This song is really sooo good!....titled

"I Hope You Dance"  you gotta hear it!

                                  Lyrics

I hope you never lose your sense of wonder,You get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger,May you never take one single breath for granted,God forbid love ever leave you empty handed,I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean,Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens,Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance,And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance.
I hope you dance... I hope you dance...
I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance,Never settle for the path of least resistance,Livin' might mean takin' chances, but they're worth takin',Lovin' might be a mistake, but it's worth makin',Don't let some Hell bent heart leave you bitter,When you come close to sellin' out reconsider,Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance,And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance.
I hope you dance... I hope you dance.I hope you dance... I hope you dance.(Time is a wheel in constant motion always rolling us along,Tell me who wants to look back on their yearsAnd wonder where those years have gone.)
I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean,Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens,Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance,And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance.
Dance... I hope you dance.I hope you dance... I hope you dance.I hope you dance... I hope you dance.(Time is a wheel in constant motion always rolling us along,Tell me who wants to look back on their yearsAnd wonder where those years have gone.)

So good but don't forget this......

Time is a wheel in constant motion always rolling us along.

Tell me who wants to look back on their years

and wonder where those  years have gone.......

I HOPE YOU DANCE!!!!

When  you  get the choice to dance or sit it out....

I Really Hope You Dance!! We did!!

Dad puts on a program for the family.....

This was a big night for dad and he has been working on getting this video together for a month. I mean he actually worked on this everyday for near a month.  We knew Angie was coming for a short visit and he was hoping to have all the kids here to watch his presentation .....a sentimental guy he put his whole heart and soul into this presentation!  He loved showing our kids and also the dogs we have had through the years and all the good times when they were young and then I look at his face and saw some tears.😒  He loves so much to look at the memories of  yesterday.   Yes he is a very sentimental guy for sure! As he looks at these videos I can only imagine the feelings and thoughts that are going round in his head for I see it in his eyes. We hope to have another viewing of alot more memories in the future and perhaps we then can get all the children here. πŸ’—

The Bible

Been reading some stories about the New and Old Testament and my understanding is so much better now!! Actually its a childs book but its so easy for me to understand!

I just been reading where Jethro , that is Moses father in law and he said these words to Moses after he parted the Red Sea and made the people safe.  Moses was sooo busy "with people" and trying to help them solve their problems and  listening to many of them complain as they were traveling to the Promise Land ... listening to everyones problems or disagreements and complaining got to be alot!!!  Soon after Jethro said to Moses , this is too too much for one person to handle so what you need to do is pick a few good men that love and reapect God to help you with all these people!! Help them to solve their problems and  disagreements...never thought of it before but this was so good!! and Moses did just that, he picked some good men who loved the Lord to help him with the people and their decision making and problems and have them live according to God's laws.  This book I am reading is so good and gives me good insight into the way it really was back then .   I am Loving it !!  It has increased my understanding so much.πŸ’“  Thankful for all the good men of God who serve with our Prophet daily in the church today and are specially choosen who love the Lord and care about all of his people.  The lord did good sending us a prophet and the twelve that serve with him!

life

Heard a story of a lady telling what a great family life she had come from, I kinda felt sad left out!

I will say I did enjoy some of my childhood but only when I was with my brother for the most part.  Seems like he was there for me and we were together most of my childhood.

Now at 82 lots of time had passed and I take solitude in the fact that I have had a really good marriage , nothing like my mom or dads or even my sisters.  Guess you could say I saw alot growing up and was very careful when it came to choosing who I would marry! very careful! Joey has been that guy and he has taken care to provide well for our family and me , most days now are routine in these our later years. Kids are gone and life is pretty good!  Problems at times but nothing serious to speak of , lots more good things going on in our lives than not.  Don't get me wrong, I have had to work hard on my own personal problems which at this time many might not know or again maybe you do.  Even so I have tryed hard to have a upbeat personality.  My children, my family , plus people I worked with, my neighbors, all have added to my happiness.  I really want so much to be happy even with my insecurities. So in some things you could say I have struggled.

No matter I do try to keep smiling!!πŸ˜€

Some of my Life......

We grew up poor, depression time and some people were ok and others like us were not.

You weren't given the attention of going to dentist when it was necessary so you lived with what happeded to you and not given much of anything but the necessitives. I remember being in so much pain before they pulled my tooth out.  It was that way with most all the kids except Frankie and Donna . Donna married young left home and got a job with a dentist and Frankie married a fairly rich guy who later got richer.  The rest of us no luck!  We were never taught to brush teeth or get check ups or any of that kind of thing.  Many nights I went to my mothers bed crying because of toothache.  Well one day my face was so swollen up and they rushed me to a dentist finally.  too late!   The lady was new and didn't know what to do.  She pulled the tooth and it sent poison into my face and  they had to take me to a hospital , they cut my face open and I carried that scare with me the rest of my life!!  Teenage years were plain awful!  I was made fun of and said who gave you the blackeye and they would laugh.  I wanted to be pretty like the other girls and my sisters. I only remember being in the hospital and  I must have been pretty young,  I remember I was in a crib of some kind.

Having friends was hard! A girl named Joann was the only one I can remember who became a good friend even with my imperfections..  School was no fun for me. I actually hated it!!   I wait for the Lord to give me some answers. ....Like, Why Me??

My family.....

Some pretty special photos I love............

In this movie the little girl tells this man that this is all you need to know about Jesus!!

She makes a book for the war victim that is having a hard time in life.  I am going to try to put that picture book she drew into this entry of my blog. This movie will touch  your heart! She called her book....

 "Everything you need to Know."

A strong belief

Saw this great movie about a pastor in Brazil and his love of doing work for Jesus.   Told what he went through because he excepted religion. It was very special  and touched me deeply and here is what we believe.....

What does "The Church Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints"" think when it comes to being a good Christian?

Mormons as we are sometimes called, view other Christian churches as teaching much good truth, yes even doing good works, and yes we acknowledge their strong faith in Christ!  But we also maintain that all churches lack divine authority and direction to perform ordinances of the gospel because of the "Great Apostasy"!!!  Yes many say come here for its done this way.  Yes there were teachings back yrs. ago that came about but there was no direction. This young boy coming from a religious family and wanting a answer which church was the right one for him to join....this young curious boy Joseph went straight to the source and ask God the.....
"Big Question".....which one??  With this sincere prayer the Father and His son appeared to the young boy Joseph and Jesus restored the authority and His church back to the earth in
the order it had been before the dark days had taken over.

Jean and Don Clark

These two people were so there for Bump and I growing up.  They were are neighbors across the street from us on Wabash Ave. in Vincennes, Indiana.  Life wasn't so good at home , my parents didn't get along  and so to get away Bump and I would take and go to Jean's house and stay late into the night waching Jack Parr and listen to her funny ways and stories.  Don would say when you coming to bed but Jean didn't worry or care about that, always would say later!  Soon we would head home.    She fed us , doctored us, made  us feel we belonged and that was all we wanted!  Loved those two so much for making our lives a little better!!πŸ’“πŸ’“

One Super Hard Puzzle

My sister Sarah gave me this wood puzzle, think she tryed to work it but gave up, so  while I was in Indiana she said I could have it.  I am always up to a challenge with a puzzle but wow this one I can see why she set it aside.  It was sooo sooo hard, maybe the hardest one I  have ever done and I have done dozens and lots of them were a real challenge. Anyway so I worked it.  Gosh feel hardest of any puzzle I have worked and I have worked so many. ugh!

Here it is , many of the colors were the same , crazy but I did it!!

bible verse I love

Ephesians 4:32: “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as Jesus has forgiven you.”

Steve Todd

Steve is my Uncle and boy does  he have stories to tell....I will collect them and you can read them here

one day.  Guess in his day he was quite the tough one!No one could pull anything over on him without paying for it!  He looks alot like Kenny Rodgers the singer but what he does in restoring old cars, its amazing!!
After done he sales them. Wow! and what a talent he has.  I ask him how did  he learn to do that and he said  while messing around Grandpa Todd's old junk yard.  My dad collected old cars like some people collect nick nacks and etc..   Guess Steve played around dads old cars and dad probably said if you sale parts you can make some money. Steve took it farther and today the guy is likely a millionair!  Owns property , lots of  it around where he lives and even across the highway and he  fixes up old antique cars and sells them making thousands of dollars! Here is a picture of Steve and a couple of his projects......he chooses to redo old cars because they make the money. Steve also said he moved two houses out where he lives now and cause the city was gonna tear them down.  As he was moving one the police stopped him in the middle of town and said you can't do this .....Steve said "then I will just leave it here on the street."  Police  said ok then i will have to escort you through. Steve always knew the right thing to say to police or anyone.ha!  Steve also built a cabin on his property and it is pretty cool, really nice.  love that he built it around a big tree!    Said grandpa Todd told him once to play dumb as a rock and repent later!ha!  Not sure what that was about.

Family Reunion 2023

Donna , Bump and I left last Thurs. morning around eight AM for Indiana and stopped that night staying over night in Clarksville.  Got up and got early start getting into Vin. around noon.  We stopped  first at Joe's cause Donna wanted to clean up a few things for Joe plus he lives right off the highway coming into Vincennes.

After we spent some time there , Joe took us to my favorite pizza place in Vin. called Bobe's Pizza!

Talk about the best pizza you have ever eaten , it is Bobe's!!    After that we took and went to Tammys place in the country and spent the night in the house that Roscoe lived in when he was working but since getting older he has to have care so now lives with Tammy and Steve.   Tammy had cleaned his old home and made it really nice and painted and must say it looks so good!  Know she was very proud of all the hard work she put into that house.

Next morning we drove to Becky's house and listened to her tell us about her family. Was sad to hear all that she told us and how so many people there in the area were into drugs even her grandaughter and late sister Vickie who has passed and now her son who also has  problems.   After left her place we drove all around Vincennes to see our old neighborhood that we grew up in and the places we had gone to as young kids and the old skating rack we went to as teens.  After that we went out to visit my sister Sarah for couple hours who lives in Sullivan Indiana and then headed back to Tammys. Bump and Donna decided  that they wanted to get a good nights sleep and just head back home the next morning.... me I wanted to stay one more day and hit some of the cute shops and thrift stores there.  I was out numbered so we got up early the next morning and drove straight through and got home about 11PM.  All of us ready for a good nights sleep. 😊

Here are couple pictures of the Reunion.  more coming.

Looking back

As time now really seems to be fleeting and going by so quickly I found and like this quote from "Spendor in the Grass"

"What was once so bright be now forever taken from my sight. Though nothing can bring back the hour  of splendor in the grass, glory in the flower.  We will grieve not, rather find strength in what remains behind."

I will turn 82 next month and I wonder how its possible that my time here now would soon be almost over.  Time once seemed to go on forever and have no end.

Kristen's Wedding

I am late in posting this but could not and would not leave it out because this gal has always been a Big part of our lives!!

My graandaughter Kristen is like one  of my own children, I kept care of her when she was just a baby and during much of her growing up years. We have video's of her at nearly every stage of her growing up years. Her mom at one point took her to this lady cause I had started a job.  They took her to this sitter and it ended up that the lady said she cryed every day that week, and I said No, it broke my heart to think she was so unhappy so I decided to  work the night shift so I could keep her all day!  She brought so much happiness into our home, I cry just thinking of it. As I said it was as if she were one of my very own.

So somewhere along the way she met the love of her life. Time moves on and my sweet Kristen grew up and out of my arms. She was married on Friday the 24th at Chapel Valley Farm  on county rd. 44A.

I  will post pictures of her here with Thomas Nash who stole her heart.   I love this gal so much and hope for her much happiness and a good marriage. I pray Thomas will take good care of our little gal and love her with all his heart.πŸ’“

A Memoir

Reading a new book titled: " My wife said you may want to marry me."

This couple have a nice life enjoying all the niceites that make for a good marriage and looking forward to what exciting things tomorrow would bring....

The wife just going in for a check up because of pain on her side and thinking its nothing really and perhaps appendicitis but nothing more......

Just another day ..... is what Gilda Radner says on Sat. Night Live/ her quote is

 " its always something"

and yes it put a stopper in her life and it turned out it was Ovarian Cancer.   The journey in this book that this couple takes and deal how they deal with what has been given them to deal with takes you back in their lives and to all their dreams they had.  As with all of us just making plans for " what we are going to do tomorrow".  Life is good yes and has its struggles, and ultimately we have to come to understand that this life is precious and we need to cherish everyday we are given!! We never know what tomorrow will bring. πŸ’

Donna's Miracle

I watched a movie tonight called "Hoovey"  it was sooo good!

Its a Christian movie and I don't want to give it away but every family should watch it!  Father is taking son to hospital and his  car swerves and they get stuck in the snow as it spins its wheels!

I promise  you will enjoy it!  Its centered around basketball and family which we all love, thats all I can say.

Please watch it!  As father gets back into car to try and start car again he looks behind in rear view mirror and he sees three figures  approaching the car..... it seems they came out of no where!  They pushed on the car and it rolled out of the deep snow and as he turned around the three men were no longer there.   Were gone just like that ! The father was thinking thats weird but had to rush on to get his son to hospital.

And this quote came up on screen from the Bible.....

Hebrews 13:2

Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers

 for"IN DOING"

some have entertained angels unaware!!!!!

NOW ON TO DONNA'S MIRACLE STORY.....SHE WAS ON A NIGHT RUN FOR THE BANK , VERY LATE.... AROUND MIDNIGHT.....  OUT ON THIS DARK DESERTED ROAD SHE HAD CAR TROUBLE AND NOT A SOUL AROUND SO SHE PRAYED.   OUT OF NO WHERE THIS MAN  APPEARED IN A OLD TRUCK AND HAD HER GET INSIDE AND HE LIFTED THE HOOD AND SHE STARTED THE CAR, GETTING OUT AND WANTING TO THANK HIM  HE WAS NOT THERE NOR HAD SHE HEAR HIS TRUCK  EVEN LEAVE....  SHE THOUGHT IT ODD  BECAUSE SHE WOULD HAVE HEARD HIS TRUCK AS IT LEFT..   YES SHE SAID SHE WAS SURE SHE HAD BEEN VISITED BY A  ANGEL,  AND I DO BELIEVE IT REALLY IS SO.

Donna has had many spiritual experiences.

She is totally devoted to our Savior!

Joeys Birthday....82

Today my hubby Joey turned 82 and all I ask is to have many more years with this wonderful man .

I know I have been greatly blessed to have gone through life for near 62 years this June with this guy!!

He has been there for me through much of my hard times and loves me just as I am .

Says he loves me now even more than he did  on the first day that we said I DO!!

He made that commitment to love , honor and stick beside me till death do we part!!  He has always put me first in his life!  He has always been a wonderful husband and father to our children.

I will also have to say here that he took me to our church Temple and made the commitment there to love me for Eternity!  Wow! thats a long time guys!  Had a person  say to me once  "62 years to the same person?"

My answer is always the same, YES ....I can truly say he is the love of my life and he tells me often that I am the right one and only one he would want to share his life with.  πŸ’•Sweet!!

Just for today!!! .... sent to me by Angie when she had small children.

Aug.15, 2005

Just for this morning,  I am going to smile when I see your face and laugh.

Just for this morning, I will let you choose what you want to wear and smile and say how perfect it is.

Just for this morning, I am going to step over the laundry and pick you up and take you to the park to play.

Just for this morning ,I will leave the dishes in the sink and let you teach me how to put your puzzle together.

Just for today , I will unplug the telephone and turn the computer off and sit with you in the backyard and blow bubbles....

Just for this afternoon , I will not yell once , not even a tiny grumble  when you scream and whine for the ice cream truck and I will buy you one ....

Just for this afternoon, I won't worry about what you will be when you grow up...

For today I will let you make cookies ...and I won't stand over you.

Just for the day I will take you to McDonalds and get you a happy meal...I will hold you and tell you how you were born and how much I love you.

For now I will let you splash in the tub  and not get angry and come evening sit on the porch with you and we will count all the stars.

I will snuggle beside you for hours and miss my favorite show on tv.   And just for this evening I will run my fingers through your hair as you say your night prayer ....and I will simple be grateful that God has given me the greatest gift ever....YOU!!

And yes, I will think about the mothers and fathers who are searching for their  missing child .....  the mothers and fathers who are visiting their childrens graves instead of their bedrooms , and those in hospitals watching as their children suffer and will scream inside that they can't handle it anymore.

And when I kiss you goodnight I will hold you a little tighter... , a little longer and then I will thank God for  you and ask him for nothing more ..., than just

                                 ONE MORE DAY!!!

one of my favorite poems

May you like the work that is your to do....

May your purse always hold a coin or two......

May love fill  your life, a smile light your face......

May the home where you dwell be a wonderful place.

Dad and I love our home!!

Goodby

Love this song and hope it will be played when I leave this earth. To my husband...     Lyrics to the song;

Pull it up and listen and hear it sung / called...."Goodbye"

I wanted you for life

You and me in the wind

I never thought there 's come a time

That our story would end

Its hard to understand

but I guess I'll have to try

Its not easy to say goodbye...

For all the joy we shared

All that time we had to spend

Now if I had one wish

I'd want forever back again

To look into your eyes

And hold you when you cry

It's not easy

to say goodbye...

I remember all those great times we had

There were so many memories , some good , some bad

Yes, and through it all, those memories will last forever....

There's peace in where you are

Maybe thats all I need to know

And if I listen to my heart

I'll hear your laughter once more,,,

And so I've got to say

I'm just glad you came my way

What has Jesus done for you?

1. He outlined this plan for our journey here.

2. `Layed out the plan how to get back.

3. Gave his son to show us the way.

4. Set up His plan and said because He lives again so shall you.

5. Told us families can be together forever!Wonderful!

6.When we rise we hope to qualify for His choicest blessings. ...its our HOPE!

Two Great Songs....

Pull them up on your computer and listen!

Dion and the Bellmonts/ singing

"Have any one here seen my old friend"   songs goes on to mention lots who have given so much in this life and have passed on.

Also Elvis Presley.....singing "Glory Glory Hallelujah"

Both songs will really touch your heart! Wow!

The Mule

I loved this!!!!

A parable is told of a farmer who owned an old mule.  The mule fell into the farmers well.  The farmer heard the mule braying  or whatever mules do  when they fall into a wells.

After carefully assessing the situation, the farmer sympathized with the mule, but decided that neither the mule nor the well was worth the trouble of saving this mule....  so instead he called his neighbors together.... ,told them what happened and enlisted them to help haul dirt to bury the old mule in the well and put him out of his misery.

Initially the old mule was hysterical!  /but as the farner and his neighbors continued shoveled  the dirt in it would hit his back, a thought struck the mule. Suddenly dawned on him that every time a shovel load of dirt landed on his back he would shake it off and step up!

This he did , blow after blow.  Shake it off and step up....shake it off and step up!  ...he  repeated it to encourage himself and no matter how painful the blows or distressing the situation seemed the old mule fought panic and just kept right on shaking it off and stepping up.

You're right!  It wasn't long before the old mule, battered and exhausted stepped triumphantly over the wall of that well!!  What seemed like it would bury him actually blessed him  and all because of the manner in which he handled his adversity.

That's life!!

If we face our problems and respond to them positively, refusing to give in to panic, bitterness, or self -pity, the adversities that come along to bury us usually have within them the potential to benefit and bless us.  REMEMBER.....that forgiveness, faith, prayer, praise, and hope.... are all excellent ways to "Shake it off and Step Up"  out of the wells in which we all will find ourselves in at times!  Bless you all!😘

Remember Remember

 REMEMBER  REMEMBER...

These words were repeated many times in the scriptures cause we really do forget so quickly

Life is tough at times at times so hang in there and don't give up! In your life live by good examples of others, otherwise without it you may become pretty much weary in this life.

Serve....its a great gift and feels so good to give!!  To help others!!

Go forward and keep going with faith!  Love your life, enjoy each day, each other , we have the promise that we all can be together again and all will be righteously judged and that Jesus Christ Atonement was for every single one of us!  Wow! A free gift to all!   Pretty nice I'd say.

                   Its a great plan !

You are a participant in Heavenly Father’s plan, and your eternal experience can be divided into three main parts:

premortal life,

mortal life,

and life after death.

As you come to understand the plan, you find answers to questions asked by so many:

Where did we come from?

Why are we here?

Where do we go after this life?

Premortal Life

Before you were born on the earth, you lived in the presence of your Heavenly Father as one of His spirit children. In this premortal existence, you attended a council with Heavenly Father’s other spirit children. At that council, Heavenly Father presented His great plan of happiness (see Abraham 3:22–26).

In harmony with the plan of happiness, the premortal Jesus Christ, the Firstborn Son of the Father in the spirit, covenanted to be the Savior (see Moses 4:2Abraham 3:27). Those who followed Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ were permitted to come to the earth to experience mortality and progress toward eternal life. Lucifer, another spirit son of God, rebelled against the plan and “sought to destroy the agency of man” (Moses 4:3). He became Satan, and he and his followers were cast out of heaven and denied the privileges of receiving a physical body and experiencing mortality (see Moses 4:4Abraham 3:27–28).

Throughout your premortal life, you developed your identity and increased your spiritual capabilities. Blessed with the gift of agency, you made important decisions, such as the decision to follow Heavenly Father’s plan. These decisions affected your life then and now. You grew in intelligence and learned to love the truth, and you prepared to come to the earth, where you could continue to progress.

Mortal Life

You are now experiencing mortal life. Your spirit is united with your body, giving you opportunities to grow and develop in ways that were not possible in your premortal life. This part of your existence is a time of learning in which you can prove yourself, choose to come unto Christ, and prepare to be worthy of eternal life. It is also a time when you can help others find the truth and gain a testimony of the plan of salvation.

Life after Death

When you die, your spirit will enter the spirit world and await the resurrection. At the time of the resurrection, your spirit and body will reunite, and you will be judged and received into a kingdom of glory. The glory you inherit will depend on the depth of your conversion and your obedience to the Lord’s commandments (see “Kingdoms of Glory,” pages 92–95). It will depend on the manner in which you have “received the testimony of Jesus” (D&C 76:51; see also 76:74, 79, 101).

Blessings through Knowledge of the Plan

A testimony of the plan of salvation can give you hope and purpose as you wrestle with the challenges of life. You can find reassurance in the knowledge that you are a child of God and that you lived in His presence before you were born on the earth. You can find meaning in your present life, knowing that your actions during mortality influence your eternal destiny. With this knowledge, you can base important decisions on eternal truths rather than on the changing circumstances of life. You can continually improve your relationship with family members, rejoicing in the promise that your family can be eternal. You can find joy in your testimony of the Atonement and the Lord’s commandments, ordinances, covenants, and doctrines, knowing that “he who doeth the works of righteousness shall receive his reward, even peace in this world, and eternal life in the world to come” (D&C 59:23).
