A Stroke

Who would believe my sister Donna would have a stroke. Not me!  She always tryed to take care of herself and kept all her doctor appo. and that kind of thing.  Well it totally took us all by surprise.  Tomorrow she will come home from a rehab place called Encompass where she has been for a week.   She had to take several test to see how her vital signs were and needed to practice at first but now doing great and yes would say she is 99% back to normal.  She should have been on Blood Thinner and has had Afib as well so it all just came tumbling down! It seriously scared her and me.  She was so scared she even had a lawyer from our church make up a deed for her and bring it to the hospital for her to sign of which I was a wistness.  You just never know what life is going to throw your way.   I now wonder how prepared I am if something like this would happen to dad or I....we Todd kids are not so young anymore, soon er all will be in our eighties.  Wow, time does fly as they say.  Get well sweet Donna and as you already know you are greatly loved by everyone!!
