Beware of things you see when meeting someone..., when you see signs or red flags don't ignore them . People are constantly trying to tell you about who they are by their actions.

Life is messy ...not for some people but for everyone in their own way. People don't walk around with a sign around their neck that announces what they are struggling with. Example......

I'm depressed

Yesterday I had a miscarriage

I lost my job

My husband told me he doesn't love me anymore

I want to break off my engagement

My son or daughter won't talk to me

I just found out I have cancer

I don't know now what to do with my life

 We ABANDON humanity if we don't try to understand that  everyones struggling with something  and when we are mindful of this we are gentle

Remember.......everyone is fighting a hard battle!!

BE KIND CAUSE.... LIFE IS MESSY!! 

 

Stress, unhappiness, anxiety and depression are not bad things.  They are not human malfunctions. Quite the opposite, they are proof that everything is working as it should. They come to us as messengers to tap us on the shoulder and point out that our lives have slipped out of alignment. and 

that we are most fully human , fully alive and that the  misalignment needs fixed , so take and admit it  then move your heart and get back to where you need to be...re- align your.life ..its short...remember,...you matter...you are loved...you are of great value!  Just don't forget...yes life will get messy at times... but you can handle it!!

Dad ....the problem solver

This is Dad...he told me he is a problem solver.....and most all his life he has been a problem solver.  As far back as I can remember most all the jobs he ever had required that he find the problem and fix it!!.  That was dad!

It really has come in handy for the most part, repairing things around the house without having to call a repair man .  But once in awhile it gets to be too much and he had to hire someone else but hardly ever!   More than not I would think , you got this Joey!ha!
