Meet Bonita
Living Nativiity Pageant
Failed to post during Christmas time that I had attended a Christmas Pageant for maybe my first time ever. Well will say nothing as big as this one! It was so nice and was like walking through Bethlehem during time of Jesus. This was put on by the Presbyterian Church and have to say they did a fantastic job! It was set up out in the country where there were tons of room and amazing effects.
You walk through the village and see people dressed as they dressed back in Jesus time, you see animals , market people , all of it! As you walk through the village you will see those that represent:
Adam, Noah , Abaham, Moses , The Promised Land , A Tabernacle, Rahab, David, Prophets, Wise men and Shepherds, and at the end will see the cross and a amazing tomb and the good news that He has Risen! Really was neat, had to take alot of hard work to put this together! If ever here at this time of year I would say go to see it....you won't be sorry. Just saw thats its their 23rd annual pageant. Wow!

MOVIE "MORTAL STORM"
Professor Victor enjoyed a tranquil life
with his family in Germany. His daughter Freya is courted both by Martin and Fritz . However, when the Nazis take control of the country, all their lives are shaken and changed forever.
Watched this old movie last night in black and white and it taught me that nothing is for certain in life when comes to family. We are here as family but we are individuals and have our own way of thinking and looking at things.
This movie brought me to tears. I ask that all my children watch this movie and perhaps you might even think on these words that were quoted at the end of the movie by George V1 king of England.
"I said to the man who stood at the gate of the year, give me a light that I may tread safely into the unknown. And he replied , "Go out into the darkness and put your hand into the hand of God. That shall be to you better than light and safer than a known way." May that Almighty Hand guide and uphold us all."
Its one of Dad's Favorite Quotes!
